At Manohar Chowdhry & Associates, we mourn the loss of our Founder and guiding light, Padma Shri Mr. T. N. Manoharan, who passed away on 30 July 2025. His vision, values, and leadership are the cornerstones upon which Manohar Chowdhry & Associates was built and will continue to grow.

Mr. Manoharan’s unwavering commitment to professional integrity, excellence, and service transformed Manohar Chowdhry & Associates into a firm known for its ethics and client trust. His landmark role in the revival of Satyam Computers and his leadership as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) are enduring testaments to his national impact.

As the first practicing Chartered Accountant to be honoured with the Padma Shri for professional excellence, he brought unmatched distinction to the profession-and immense pride to all of us at Manohar Chowdhry & Associates. Beyond accolades, he was a mentor, teacher, and inspiration to generations of professionals within and beyond our firm.
